Key Responsibilities
Lead with experience and shape the next generation of clinicians
Influence clinical direction with a smaller caseload (8-10 clients)
Mentor new BCBAs and shape center culture
Drive center initiatives, community outreach, and DEI efforts
Required Qualifications
3 years of BCBA experience
Master's degree
Active BCBA certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in mentoring others
