Key Responsibilities
Dispense spectacles and optical products
Advise and assist patients with lenses and spectacle frames
Verify order data entry and maintain accurate filing procedures
Deliver excellent member service in person and over the phone
Educate patients on available products
Assist Optical Manager with opening and closing procedures
Adhere to privacy and confidentiality policies
Required Qualifications
Must be licensed to work as an optician within the State
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Open shift availability
At least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of optical products and business practices
High school diploma or college degree
Experience in big box wholesale, retail, and/or optical
