As the Director of Sales for KSTP-TV, you will lead all sales activities, develop strategic revenue growth initiatives, and drive a customer-focused sales culture. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the sales team's success and enhancing both on-air and digital ad revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement a sales strategy to grow ad revenue
Set and maintain sales targets
Drive revenue performance and develop new revenue streams
Manage departmental budget
Recruit and retain sales personnel

Required Qualifications
Minimum five years prior experience in a broadcast, digital sales or marketing role
Minimum three years prior experience managing a sales team
Familiarity with broadcasting industry laws and rules
