Key Responsibilities
Manage shop throughput, production quality, and efficiency to meet revenue goals
Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians and prioritize vehicles
Support teammates during peak times with customer interactions
Ensure repairs meet quality standards and are billed accurately
Complete shop payroll and manage staffing procedures
Communicate with team to manage daily production flow
Write DRP complaint estimates as needed
Coach and develop team members for growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry including high-level knowledge of insurance procedures
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to lead and work collaboratively with others
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Proficient knowledge of estimating software, CCC ONE Total Repair Software
Proficient with Computers and other technology
Valid driver's license
