Job Description
Join Healthcare Services Group as a Housekeeper and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. Your role is essential in enhancing the experiences of residents and staff while ensuring a sanitary space.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas
Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues
Follow infection control and universal precautions policies
Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Positive attitude and effective communication skills
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
Must be able to work around cleaning products
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Residency within the service area
Preferred Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience
