Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate clinical services
Provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes
Receive referrals and ensure appropriate clinician assignments
Evaluate patient orders and plot start of care visits
Coordinate determination of patient home health benefits and ongoing insurance approvals
Ensure patient needs are continually assessed and care rendered is individualized
Review assessments and plans of care daily and consult clinicians as appropriate
Required Qualifications
Current RN licensure in state of practice
Current CPR certification
Current Driver's License
Vehicle insurance
Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
