Job Description
Mentor Community Services ,a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Direct Support Professional/Caregiver
$17 per hour plus 0.Part Time Hours - Afternoons, Evenings and Weekends

Support participants with developmental community goals

Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
No activities of daily living are preformed during shift
You'll support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. On Demand DAILY PAY
Part-time 10 - 20 hours per week

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Reliable Vehicle - proof of registration/insurance
Must be able to pass State, Cori, Sori, Driving and Fingerprints backgrounds
