Job Description
Join a dynamic Property Management team as a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, where you will manage rental applications and tenant interactions while utilizing your Spanish fluency. This role offers valuable experience in federal housing and a supportive environment for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Handle rental applications and assist with the Section 8 Housing process
Collect payments from tenants and post payments to accounts
Conduct collection calls and manage tenant inquiries
Answer phones and respond to emails regarding rental properties
Assist walk-in tenants and provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Experience processing Section 8 Housing and working in HUD
Experience in property management or a related field
Accounting skills for collecting and posting rental payments
Fluency in Spanish
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills
