Job Description
As a Retail Sales Supervisor at Staples, you will lead customer engagement efforts and manage store operations to boost sales and service. You'll coach your team, drive an exceptional store experience, and work collaboratively to meet business goals. Key Responsibilities
Champion customer engagement and oversee front store operations
Focus on increasing sales, conversions, and service
Provide peer coaching and support to the store team
Consultative selling and providing total solutions to customers
Own weekly sales and merchandising activities
Direct the team to deliver a great customer experience
Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities
Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience selling retail products or services
Effective communication skills
Organization skills
Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others
Ability to engage with customers
Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
Ability to manage conflict
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range
Ability to stand and walk continuously
