Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Conduct staff Training & Development as required
Conduct staff performance evaluations
Provide direct service to clients as needed
Provide individual and group supervision of program and support staff
Review Case Management/Service/Discharge Plans with clients and staff
Participate in case management/discharge plan meetings
Supervise MSW students as assigned
Assume on-call administrative and crisis duties during evenings and weekends
Required Qualifications
LMSW
Master's Degree in related Mental Health discipline
Three years of experience with SED children/adolescents and/or case management
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent writing skills
Computer literacy
