Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled physical therapy to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Tailor treatment to individual patient needs and functional levels

Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire
Washington Physical Therapist Assistant License upon hire if practicing in this state
