Job Description

Join Quill, part of the Staples family, as a Customer Service Representative focused on sales and account management. You'll engage with a growing customer base, driving sales and fostering strategic relationships while enjoying a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and grow sales while managing the current customer base
  • Map accounts and identify growth opportunities
  • Create strategic growth plans based on account understanding
  • Utilize enablement tools and Salesforce to manage customer data
  • Execute sales strategies through various communication channels

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Track record of exceeding sales quota
  • Experience managing complex deals from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Experience in retaining and growing accounts
