Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Behavior Technician (TA) and make a meaningful impact in students' lives by providing essential support in a school setting. You will work closely with teachers and families to create a structured environment where students with behavioral challenges can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students' self-care and social/behavioral needs individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing scores on the Paraeducator/Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Prior experience working with children in a structured setting
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience with children
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
