Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff
Perform and lead teams in light and heavy housekeeping duties
Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions
Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment
Act as liaison between building occupants and HCSG staff
Ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and adherence to safety precautions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
Able to follow oral and written instructions
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred
Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants
