Providing evaluation, program planning, and treatment of patients referred to Physical Therapy
Documenting evaluations, treatments, and patient progress

Required Qualifications
Current State Licensure as a Physical Therapist
AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification
At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
Experience in an Acute Care Setting
Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
