Key Responsibilities
Screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities
Consulting, educating, and training patients, families, and caregivers
Collaborating with care teams and stakeholders
Conducting evaluations and developing care plans
Keeping thorough and timely patient records
Communicating effectively with all stakeholders
Managing all aspects of patient care and supervision
Participating in quality improvement processes
Contributing to program development and marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapist license
Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
Basic Computer skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Skill sets and experience with target population
Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of experience in an outpatient setting serving a neurological population
