Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with FACT, CIBMTR, and other applicable agencies.
Manage quality audits and corrective action plans.
Coordinate improvements in education, workflow, and analytics.
Participate in Quality Management Committee meetings.
Support evaluation and continual improvement of quality and safety.
Create project summaries and reports, lead project committees.
Maintain minimum 10 hours of cellular therapy education.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Nursing; graduation from an accredited school.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
3 years Direct patient care.
Experience with EHRs.
Experience developing clinical care policies, procedures and order sets.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree Healthcare.
1 year Experience in a supervisory role; delegating nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel within a medical setting.
