Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs
  • Use Donor Information System and maintain accurate records
  • Answer phones and greet donors
  • Identify operational opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate donor compensation

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years experience in a customer or patient facing role
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 32 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs rarely
  • Fine motor coordination and depth perception
