Key Responsibilities
Field customer inquiries through phone/email/chat/social media
Resolve and de-escalate issues
Track call-related information for auditing and reporting
Provide feedback on call issues

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven call center experience
Typing 25 WPM
Proficient in PC operation and navigation
Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work independently
Strong listening skills

IT/Network certifications/degrees
Entry-level network troubleshooting
Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
