Key Responsibilities
Overall leadership and management of the facility
Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
Direct and coordinate work for financial and operational stability
Manage Resident Services and communicate with families and staff
Manage infection prevention and control activities
Ensure a safety program is in place
Implement Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program
Complete required documentation and reports
Required Qualifications
Ability to be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
