Key Responsibilities

  • Overall leadership and management of the facility
  • Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
  • Direct and coordinate work for financial and operational stability
  • Manage Resident Services and communicate with families and staff
  • Manage infection prevention and control activities
  • Ensure a safety program is in place
  • Implement Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program
  • Complete required documentation and reports

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework in business and human resources
