Physical Therapist Assistant

Description of the role: The Physical Therapist Assistant at Springs Village Care Center will work closely with patients and physical therapists to help individuals recover from injuries and illnesses. This role involves providing therapeutic exercises, hands-on care, and assistance in developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a physical therapist
• Help patients with exercises and therapeutic activities
• Monitor patients' progress and report to the physical therapist
• Provide support and encouragement to patients throughout their rehabilitation process

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program
• Active state licensure as a physical therapist assistant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
