Job Description

Join Alaska Airlines as an Engine Vendor Maintenance Partner and play a critical role in overseeing engine repair and overhaul. You will collaborate with vendors to ensure quality work, maintain accurate records, and drive process improvements in engine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor administration for maintenance of engine fleet
  • Monitor workmanship quality and compliance
  • Maintain records of discrepancies and procedural changes
  • Ensure timely provision of technical information
  • Communicate changes in work scope
  • Develop solutions for process improvement

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of overhaul shop level experience with jet engines
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of CFR’s for engine maintenance
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Effective communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Airframe and Powerplant license
  • Experience in overhaul-level engine maintenance
  • Process improvement experience
