Job Description
Join CHRISTUS Health as a Clinical Nurse (RN) and take on the vital role of coordinating patient care while ensuring quality and efficiency. You will work in a supportive environment, focused on delivering compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served
Ensure quality care is provided efficiently and safely
Demonstrate performance consistent with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
BLS Certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date
Preferred Qualifications
Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served
Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients’ rights in the delivery of care
Effective communication skills appropriate to the developmental age of patient
