Join BNY as a Senior Vice President of Facilities Management & Operations, where you will ensure exceptional operational standards across sites in Florida, manage budgets, and provide concierge-level service. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to impact workplace environments positively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations, maintenance, and physical appearance of BNY sites in the Florida region
  • Ensure sites meet corporate standards for cleanliness and safety
  • Manage site operating expenses and prepare annual budgets
  • Provide concierge level service for BNY personnel and guests
  • Manage third-party facility management providers
  • Coordinate with Corporate Security, Technology and Corporate Services
  • Manage critical systems and data center spaces
  • Ensure compliance with BNY standards for design and construction projects
  • Implement a Health and Safety Program for compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Facilities Management (preferred)
  • Minimum of 7-10 years management experience in facilities management and/or operations
  • Extensive experience delivering concierge level service with a focus on customer experience and support
