Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations, maintenance, and physical appearance of BNY sites in the Florida region
Ensure sites meet corporate standards for cleanliness and safety
Manage site operating expenses and prepare annual budgets
Provide concierge level service for BNY personnel and guests
Manage third-party facility management providers
Coordinate with Corporate Security, Technology and Corporate Services
Manage critical systems and data center spaces
Ensure compliance with BNY standards for design and construction projects
Implement a Health and Safety Program for compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Facilities Management (preferred)
Minimum of 7-10 years management experience in facilities management and/or operations
Extensive experience delivering concierge level service with a focus on customer experience and support
