*About the Role*

This is a high-impact leadership position for someone who’s just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves in the daily operations as they are setting long-term strategy. You'll oversee all financial functions, manage a capable and committed team, and play a key role in shaping the company’s direction.

We're looking for a *Chief Financial Officer* (*CFO)* who leads with humility, communicates clearly, embraces change, and brings heart to the numbers.

*What You’ll Do As CFO*

Lead & Inspire
* Guide a team of five across accounting, payroll, and collections
* Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative team culture
* Act as a key voice on the Executive Leadership team

Drive Financial Operations
* Own full-cycle accounting: A/R, A/P, payroll, cash flow, deposits, wires, and more
* Maintain accurate books, monthly closes, financial reporting, and compliance
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance analytics
* Champion efficiency by streamlining processes and improving systems
* Stay deeply involved in day-to-day operations while keeping an eye on strategic goals
* Apply deposits and processing credit applications
* Lead weekly financial reviews with the executive team
* Run payroll and 401(k) contributions
* Oversee monthly closes and preparing income statements
* Conduct strategic check-ins with accounting and collections teams
* Prepare for audits and compliance reviews

*Who You Are*
* 5+ years leading accounting or finance teams (Controller/CFO level preferred)
* Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus, not required)
* CPA or CMA preferred
* Experience with SAP, ERP systems, and manufacturing environments
* Bonus points for supply chain and inventory expertise
* Expert in Excel and financial modeling
* Tech-savvy and eager to work with multiple systems
* A natural leader with a strong sense of integrity, humility, and initiative
