Job Description
Join Ann Taylor as a Sales Manager, where you'll lead a passionate store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales. Collaborate with the Store Manager to foster a customer-centric culture while developing your team's skills and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a customer-focused environment that delivers exceptional customer experiences
Build genuine customer relationships by ensuring high associate engagement and customer service levels
Model brand behaviors and cultivate a customer-centric culture
Onboard new hires and develop an effective team of associates
Create an inclusive store environment for associates
Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching for associates
Uphold the highest brand visual standards for merchandise
Lead activities to drive the store's performance, including financial and operational objectives
Balance selling responsibilities with overall store operations activities
Required Qualifications
1 year retail management experience (preferred)
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent
Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
Strong business acumen and ability to create action plans to drive results
