Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily work and safety of Delivery Associates
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Manage labor hours and consumable supplies within budget
Prepare work schedules
Oversee company assets in support of Delivery department
Communicate with Sales Management and address delivery issues
Conduct safety inspections and investigations
Maintain associate morale and engagement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years related experience
Complete a Sysco approved defensive driving program
Preferred Qualifications
2 or 4-year college degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management
