Job Description
Join Northeast Health Services as a Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments and tailored outpatient therapy. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to empower clients and reshape mental health care delivery in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
Ensure timely completion of billing and documentation
Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care
Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health
Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
