Required Qualifications
BS, BA or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a large team
Experience managing a substantial budget
Exceptional leadership skills
Excellent communication skills

Experience working as a leader in an animal shelter
Experience working in an animal shelter supporting operations and administrative responsibilities
Meeting facilitation skills and experience

CAWA designation
