Key Responsibilities
Safely operating front, side, or rear-loading trucks for the pick-up service of waste or recyclable material
Transporting material to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities
Performing manual and automatic truck deployment
Lifting up to 50 pounds and maneuvering up to 100 pounds
Conducting driver pre and post inspections
Required Qualifications
21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
Valid Class A or B CDL
Airbrake endorsement
1 year CDL driving experience in the last 7 years
Great safety record and clean MVR
Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA & applicable traffic regulations
Ability to speak and read English
Ability to read and understand a map
Meet physical and safety requirements of the position
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a driver or helper for a refuse company
Roll-off experience
