Key Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and perform preventative maintenance on diesel trucks
Repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems
Utilize diagnostic software for interpreting failure modes
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Be available for emergency breakdown assistance
Required Qualifications
3+ years experience as a heavy-duty Diesel Mechanic
Valid driver’s license
Experience with heavy duty diesel equipment or training from a recognized trade school
Ability to speak and read English well
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
Hydraulics experience
Experience with diagnostic software (Premium Tech Tool, Allison, Cummins, etc.)
2+ years experience working as a heavy duty Diesel Mechanic
Yellow Iron experience
Working knowledge of DOT and OSHA standards
