Job Description
Join Randstad USA as a Client Development Manager, where you will leverage your accounting expertise to drive business growth through strategic client relationships and innovative sales strategies in the Finance and Accounting sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, secure, and expand new business opportunities
Maintain strong client relationships and stay informed about industry trends
Develop and implement effective sales plans
Manage the sales process and maintain a database of qualified contacts
Increase market share and revenue by acquiring new clients
Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls
Negotiate staffing agreements and contracts
Collaborate with clients to develop staffing strategies
Ensure accurate client information and activity tracking
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of business experience and/or
2+ years of business to business sales
Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax laws, auditing, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and industry knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
CPA, CMA, CFA Certification
Previous experience and/or background in Finance & Accounting i.e. bookkeeping, financial reporting, auditing, tax preparation and financial analysis
