Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Provide pre, intra and post procedure care
Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate
Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner
Assess vital signs and the reason for each patient visit
Triage patient phone calls and create a well-documented plan of care
Prepare patient for visit as appropriate
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an approved diploma or degree program in nursing
Current NYS license as an RN
Current BLS and ACLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
Angiography experience
Experience in pre, intra and post procedure care
