An Internal Medicine Physician provides comprehensive healthcare to pediatric and adult patients, making clinical decisions typically within 7-14 days. The role requires board eligibility or certification, active DEA registration, and completion of credentialing including required immunizations. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a minimum patient panel of 18 per day.

APC's with 3 years of experience in similar setting (see other AR)
BE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency)

Credentialing takes 30-90 days
The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years). Covid-19 Vaccine no longer required
