Key Responsibilities
Works cafeteria line or patient tray line position
Stocks assigned work area prior to scheduled service time and restocks after service time with food and supplies
Delivers trays, nourishments, and floor stock; works in dish room
Cleans and sanitizes work area and equipment
Properly stores products not being used
Practices safe food handling procedures
Follows National Patient Safety Goals regarding patient identification and infection control
Preferred Qualifications
Previous food service experience
