Job Description
Join Advanced Technology Services as a Maintenance Technician II, where you'll leverage your technical skills to perform critical maintenance tasks in a factory environment. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and ensuring the optimal performance of machinery while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mid to expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance
Identify and source parts, supplies, and repair items
Setup and operate machining operations including lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools
Comply with 5S and housekeeping standards
Drive and participate in CI activities
Update records and review CMMS history
Utilize predictive maintenance technologies
Assist lower level technicians and leadership
Complete on-the-job and technical self-study programs
Follow all safety policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
Associates degree with a Technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry
5 years of related experience in general industry or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program
Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems
Ability to analyze problems and perform repairs
Proficiency in using basic hand tools and specialized tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with welding tasks
Ability to perform maintenance independently as per industry standards
