The Client Engagement Specialist at The Jewish Board plays a vital role in ensuring clients receive appropriate care and support. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as the specialist is the main point of contact for clients in outpatient services, managing appointment scheduling, documentation, and communication with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage interactions with clients in-person and over the phone
Document services provided in client charts
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
Communicate with clients regarding appointment details and follow-ups
Perform data entry and routine office administrative tasks
Assist with virtual clinic operations
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work setting
Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
