Job Description
The Traveling Project Manager will oversee civil and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for civil and construction projects
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
Maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate construction activities
Monitor and control construction to ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget
Manage financial aspects of contracts, including income and expenses
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with construction estimating and scheduling software like Hard Dollar and MS Project
Knowledge of civil engineering design and construction methods
