Job Description
Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Medical Customer Service Representative, where you'll motivate donors while ensuring their safety. You'll manage donor screening, vital sign recording, and help enhance center operations in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors
Screen new and repeat donors
Record donor vital signs and finger stick results
Maintain accurate records and prepare donor charts
Coordinate donor compensation
Identify operational opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a healthcare or customer service environment
