Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks and project support
Handle project-based assignments and prepare weekly reports
Event coordination and execution
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Manage purchase orders and expense reports
Prepare documents, agendas, and executive summaries
Support all stages of the project lifecycle
Manage team and Cast Member information
Drive team engagement and connection
Required Qualifications
Experience managing timelines
Experience with project management
Effective communication skills
Team collaboration experience
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility with work schedule
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
