Job Description

Join Staples as a Sales Account Manager, where you'll drive awareness of Quill's business solutions in the public sector and support sales growth. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage marketing initiatives, and enhance training for sales teams to foster an inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage monthly coop marketing collateral
  • Audit and update vendor portals
  • Partner with marketing channels to promote Quill offerings
  • Provide contract support and new member onboarding
  • Train sales teams on buying group updates
  • Support conference setups and activities
  • Conduct landing page audits for buying groups
  • Work with pricing team for sales collateral updates
  • Assist with large buying group sales initiatives
  • Attend and support conferences as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 3+ years of Sales Experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable communicating with various audiences
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Adaptable to change and fast-paced organization
  • Ability to collaborate with external and internal teams
  • Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
  • Office 365 and Adobe proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic Marketing experience
  • Strong sales process and methodology
