Key Responsibilities
Own and develop relationships with CPG/manufacturer clients
Manage a pipeline and P&L
Deliver relevant insights and solutions to drive customer-first value
Lead and manage a team of Shopper Insights Client Leads
Drive collaboration between retailers and suppliers
Oversee client account plans and ensure alignment with client needs
Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives
Support product development through client needs
Measure and review ROI and value created with clients
Build new strategic relationships in the supplier/CPG sector
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 2 years of professional experience in a marketing/business analytics role
3 years of experience driving commercial value through sold products and services
3 years of experience managing senior stakeholders in the CPG industry
3 years of experience in business analytics and understanding consumer data
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an insight or CPG company
Relevant experience in CPGs/Manufacturer, Retailer or Consultant company
Experience in shelf review and category management
