Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll processing and HR-related inquiries
Analyze, prepare, and input payroll data
Generate payroll/HR reports for various purposes
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws
Maintain accurate records of employee information
Oversee payroll system maintenance and updates
Conduct regular audits of payroll data
Assist with HR Generalist support including onboarding and documentation
Required Qualifications
2-3 years experience with payroll processing and HR administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, finance, business administration, or equivalent experience
