Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing and HR-related inquiries
  • Analyze, prepare, and input payroll data
  • Generate payroll/HR reports for various purposes
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information
  • Oversee payroll system maintenance and updates
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data
  • Assist with HR Generalist support including onboarding and documentation

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience with payroll processing and HR administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, finance, business administration, or equivalent experience
