Join Primary Vascular Care as a Nurse Practitioner, where you'll perform on-site clinical assessments in a mobile practice setting, primarily focusing on long-term care. You'll work independently to evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients, while also educating families and maintaining essential relationships within client facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site clinical assessments to determine patient treatment plans
Conduct history and physical examinations for complex patients
Order and review diagnostic and therapeutic tests
Assist with care provision in accordance with regulations
Monitor effectiveness of interventions
Educate family members and clients about services
Maintain relationships with facility contacts
Develop and maintain physician relations
Complete reports in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
Current NP License
BLS - Basic Life Support certification
Current Infection Control Certification
Board Certified/Board Eligible
Physical, Vaccines and Titers: PPD/TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella
Preferred Qualifications
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
