Key Responsibilities
Assess patients and devise treatment plans
Collect and record patient care data
Select and administer tests and measures
Establish treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Provide education/training to patients and their support systems
Oversee support staff and ensure compliance with treatment protocols
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ
Completed state regulated CEU requirement
Valid CPR License
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate degree
Experience with EMR software
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong clinical decision-making skills
Basic computer skills
