Project/Operational Managers or Workstream/Project Leaders applying in-depth knowledge, advanced problem solving skills and an awareness of internal and client priorities to implement project scope and client objectives. Individuals independently apply own judgment to develop conclusions from analyses and apply results to client specific context. Leading larger workstreams/areas of assignments, projects and proposals. Developing and managing client relationships. Takes accountability/ownership of smaller assignments/projects including team and client engagement, setting expectations and driving accountability in others. Ability to develop case studies, lead multi-office projects. Beginning to manage client relationships and support account management. Typically responsible for a portion of the revenue generation of a project. Understands the impact of successful project delivery on current and future revenue. Frequent interface with other workstreams and business lines, middle and upper management. Proactively sets priorities related to complex situations having multi-project and/or organizational impact. Independently and systematically breaks down and structures complex problems. Keeps Assignment/Project lead updated on progress Generally makes recommendations on team selection, training, appraisal and discipline. Effectively communicates and presents complex proposals and reports to senior level management both internal and external to the organization. Participative management style with a cooperative team approach. Structures presentations and workshops with guidance. Experienced PM with Power engineering background, ME favored.
