Key Responsibilities
Educates providers on NCQA HEDIS measures and documentation standards
Collects and summarizes provider performance data
Collaborates to improve provider performance in Quality and Operations
Identifies practice needs for Centene support
Maintains Quality KPI and HEDIS Abstraction accuracy rates
Travels up to 75% to provider offices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
3+ years in HEDIS record collection and risk adjustment (coding)
One of the following: CCS, LPN, LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LVN, RN, APRN, HCQM, CHP, CPHQ, CPC, CBCS
