Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive engagement plan tailored for HCPs
  • Ensure engagement planning touchpoints support oncologist marketing goals
  • Lead the design and development of HCP-focused content
  • Ensure materials are adaptable and accessible for field teams
  • Lead the engagement plan roll-out to the field teams
  • Gather and analyze insights from field-based marketing campaigns
  • Identify and implement best practices for field engagement
  • Serve as the primary liaison to field teams
  • Facilitate open communication and feedback between field teams and the marketing organization
  • Develop and refine messaging frameworks and communication strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Marketing experience required
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills
  • Proven success in customer-centric marketing strategy development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in business or life sciences preferred
  • Oncology experience preferred
