Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor
Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machine
Monitor donors during the donation process and manage reactions
Perform tasks for the setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment
Stock supplies and assist with disposal
Record donor health measures like pulse and blood pressure
Enter donor information into the Donor Information System
Coordinate donors and manage compensation using the Debit Card system
Support center management in identifying operational improvements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs
Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
Experience in a customer or patient-facing role (1+ years preferred)
