Key Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture and capillary procedures on patients
Order testing in the laboratory information system based on physician orders
Cancel and redraw orders per policy
Document communication with the care team in the laboratory information system
Required Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or GED
Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification or Washington Medical Assistant Certification
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of the Providence Swedish NPS Phlebotomy Training Program
